What the Email Marketing System (EMS) Does

EMS is the fully automated email system behind every intice technology — Leadmaker (Visa reward card), Trademaker (Trade Value Express), Dealmaker (Shopper Express digital retailing), and Loanmaker (Credit Score Express). It handles autoresponders, drip campaigns, and reaction emails (like redemption confirmations and card activation), and every template is customizable.

Finding It

Log in, go to Tools → Emails, and use the Email Type dropdown to switch between Leadmaker, Trademaker, Dealmaker, and Loanmaker templates.

The LeadMaker Drip Schedule

The default Visa reward card sequence includes an introduction autoresponder, then front-loaded emails on days 1, 3, 7, and 10, tapering through day 14, 21, and 30, and back-loading again at day 45, 53, 57, and 59 — right before the 60-day redemption certificate expires. The sequence stops automatically the moment a customer is redeemed in the dealer portal.

Customizing a Template

Click Edit on any template to open the editor. You can add your own content and drop in mail-merge fields — customer name, address, phone, appointment date/time, dealership info — the same way a mail merge works in any CRM. Templates appear gray/unstyled in the editor, but automatically pick up your dealership's theme color once sent.

Turning Emails On or Off, and Changing the Schedule

Set Active Email to No and save to stop any individual email from sending. To run your own schedule instead of the default, change the "days from submission" value on each template.

Other Notable Emails

  • Visit confirmation: sent once a customer's visit is validated, styled like a package-tracking email, confirming the shipping address with a link the customer can use to correct it.
  • Dealmaker deal sheet: an autoresponder with the customer's personalized deal configuration and a link to their full deal sheet.

These are full HTML, mobile-responsive emails. You can edit them visually or directly in the source code — but editing the raw HTML can break the responsive layout, so if that happens, support can reset a template back to standard.
