Not Just for Test Drives

The Visa reward card isn't limited to the test drive incentive. Dealerships regularly use manual orders to bonus employees, pay bird dogs, or hand out a card for any other reason — in any denomination. Cards can also be customized for a specific campaign (a Toyotathon card, a Happy Honda Days card) at no extra charge.

Turning It On

Manual Order is an optional feature. If it isn't already available under your Tools menu, email support@intice.com and ask to have it enabled — it's usually turned on within a few minutes.

Placing a Manual Order

  1. From intice.com, log in and go to Tools → Manual Order.
  2. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and phone number (email is optional).
  3. Select the card value. Standard denominations are typically $25, $50, $100, and $150, but any amount can be set up — some dealerships use $500 cards. Bulk orders are also available if you want physical cards on hand to give out in person.
  4. Authorize the order with your digital signature and account password.
  5. Enter a validated mailing address, model of interest, purchase timeframe, and any notes.
  6. Click Submit. The system checks for a duplicate against cards already sent; if there's no match, the envelope icon confirms the order is complete.
