How To: Recharge Your VISA Card Balance
Add funds to your dealership's global funds account so redemptions never stall.
How the Balance Works
Every time a Visa card is authorized for a customer, its cost is deducted from your dealership's global funds account — so you only pay once a card actually ships to a real, qualifying visitor. You can review every deduction under Reports → Transaction Report.
Adding Funds
- From your dashboard, click Recharge Your Balance.
- Choose a quantity. There's no minimum or maximum — the default is 50 cards, but many dealerships choose a different amount. Cost is the card's face value plus $5.95 per card, which covers the physical card, greeting card, envelope, and shipping.
- Pay by credit card for an immediate transaction, or generate an invoice and pay by check — most dealerships prefer the invoice option.
- For the invoice option, check the authorization boxes, add a digital signature, and submit. The invoice is automatically emailed or mailed to your accounts receivable contact based on your account settings.
Either payment method posts funds to your account immediately, so redemptions are never held up while an invoice is in transit.
