This document is designed to provide insight into how the intice® platform is integrated with the PCG Engagement Project to provide visibility into the engagement of website visitors with the intice® platform when integrated with a dealer’s website.

Intice® is a lead conversion & incentive marketing platform, utilizing customized Visa® incentive cards to assist dealers increase the effectiveness of their dealer’s website and convert more leads and increase showroom traffic.

The intice® technology includes multiple high-engaging, non-intrusive conversion points, all including the intice® Visa® incentive:


The intice® Offer Overlay:

The Offer Overlay is our patented lead conversion overlay, it is designed to be prominently display the dealer’s Visa® incentive offer when a visitor arrives to a dealership’s website.  The offer Overlay is extremely effective at converting visitors to high-quality, first-party leads without duplication.  It was designed for mobile first, it is responsive and adaptive, it passes google’s mobile friendliness test and is compliant Google’s new intrusive interstitials signals.  The intice® Offer Overlay is only visible to non-converted visitors, it is not viewable to mobile website visitors when inside a geofence around the dealership’s property.  


The intice® Trade Evaluation Tools (Overlay & iFrame):

The Trade Evaluation Tools provides quick and easy access to KBB.com trade evaluation data on a dealership’s website without the need for the customer to leave the dealer’s URL.  When integrated with the intice® Offer system the end user is incentivized to visit the dealerships for a trade appraisal appointment with the dealership’s Visa® Incentive.  The intice® Trade System includes an Overlay installation that can be installed on all pages of a dealership’s website plus a dynamic iframe installation that can be installed directly on an individual page.  The intice® dynamic iframe technology removes all “wonky” scrollbars (horizontal or vertical) when installed - and will automatically resize the container to mimic a fully native installation.


The intice® Exit Intent Technology:

The Exit intent technology will present a clean, full-page takeover offer including the dealership's Visa® incentive to any non-converted visitor at the exact moment of leaving the dealership’s website.  This provides an effective opportunity for lead conversion for visitors a dealership would normally loose.  The exit intent technology is only shown to visitors that have not previously converted and only once during their visit, keeping the exit intent technology non-intrusive and not impeding on the user experience as the rest of the intice® platform.


To provide full transparency with customer engagement we have mapped out every customer engagement point with the intice technology interface and coded Google Analytics Events to track engagement and lead conversion.  Each coded event includes an Event Category, Event Action and Event Label.


What follows is a detailed description of each Engagement and Lead Event and the data we are able to track.

The patented intice® Offer Overlay contains 5 Engagement Events; Tab Click, Close, Get Offer, No Thanks, Terms & Conditions.

Google Analytics Lead Events track each customer’s lead conversion by passing the unique intice® Redemption number to a data layer that is pushed through to the Event Action in GA.  Providing full visibility to lead attribution.

Description: Count of Leads submitted through the intice® Offer System.  This is

counted when an user completes lead submission process opens the

intice® Offer Redemption Certificate.  The unique offer redemption

The intice® Trade Evaluation Tools contain 11 different Engagement Events, Step 1-4, plus, Tab Click, Print Report Yes/No, More options, Previous steps and trade appraisal completed.
