John Marazzi of Sun Toyota in Holiday Florida has a long track record of success in Automotive Retail.  Currently, John is the owner and managing partner for both Sun Toyota and Brandon Honda, part of the Morgan Auto Group, one of the fastest growing dealer groups in the country.  Looking for new and innovative ways to increase engagement on his dealership website, in late October 2017, John agreed to join a beta test for latest lead conversion technology from intice.  Dealmaker, a digital retailing website application designed for increasing engagement and conversion.


The Reason:

The Technology:

Dealmaker by intice® was seamlessly installed directly onto Sun Toyota's existing fusionZONE website.  The simple code packs a powerful engagement platform with zero impact on page-load speed.  Dealmaker generates a Call-To-Action and in the case of Sun Toyota, "Configure Your Deal / Get Started Now!" was the selected.  This CTA was installed on both the Search Results Page and the Vehicle Display Page.

The Dealmaker interface is opened when the shopper clicks the Call-To-Action button, directly on the dealership's URL.  There is no need to install a Sub Domain or make any modifications your exiting website.

Dealmaker provides a modern user-interface to collect contact information, trade-in information and provide full access to accurate retail and lease payments, taxes & fees and factory rebates and incentives. 

With Dealmaker, online shoppers have the ability to evaluate their trade-in, configure their payment options (retail or lease), calculate accurate taxes & fees, research and apply current factory rebates & incentives as well as schedule an appointment to complete their transaction.  Dealmaker provides more website engagement, simplifies the purchase transaction and collapses the time needed on the showroom floor to complete the transaction.


The Results:

Starting in November of 2017, Sun Toyota installed Dealmaker by intice. The results included 590 additional leads generated, netting 116 direct attributable sales through February of 2018.

Sun Toyota Delivered 2,102 vehicles from November 1st, 2017 to February 28th, 2018 Setting FOUR All Time Monthly Sales Records. 

5.52% of those sales are attributed to Leads Generated with the Dealmaker Technology. 

19.66% Closing Ratio - 590 leads with 116 direct attributable sales.

47.27% of Dealmaker sales completed the Trade-In configuration.

72.72% of Dealmaker attributed sales completed the entire online sales process.
